Once by divine providence and determination I found myself in Dallas Texas, USA in 1996 as a nurse and son of my parents Sir Samuel and Lady Fidelia Asadu of Ozalla village in Edem ani, Nsukka LGA of Enugu state . When my wife and I had our first child Nicole Chinweokwu Asadu aka Biggee I promised my village of Ozalla people that I will continue to pay for the hospital bill of anyone who told me or my parents that they are in the hospital or sick from the money I am earning as a Nurse in the United States of America. This promise I kept for 19 good years. On November 22nd 2018, a friend and mentor who was seen to be very rich and successful died. I saw how helpless he was on the hospital bed despite all his riches and success. When I cried home, I quickly called my wife and my four children and I related my experience to them. There and then a voice said to me “why not build and equip a 20-bed Hospital and give your people and your Town of Edem-Ani and its surroundings free hospital services so your people will always remember you now that you still alive”? My family gave me their support and I immediately told my parents and my siblings and they said to me “if that will make you happy, go ahead and do it”. I called the village and told them that I am giving back the parcel of land meant for me to build a palace so we can build a hospital that will serve the people. I then bought an airplane ticket and came back home to start the project.
